A Week of Great Workouts

JuanaVery short report this week…I must admit I have my super good days where I get to the gym and those that I am just ready to sleep early and sleep in. I had the opportunity to workout 3 whole times this week. Not my best but I did great work outs when I did. Soccer, jogging and walking. Stay tuned as I continue on to the sixth week. What’s My Motivation?

GabyMotivation. Where was my motivation this weekend? I have no idea. I did not go for my walk. I came to the office to put in some extra work time on Saturday and then I went home and lounged on the couch. On Sunday I did laundry and worked some more from home. My cat did get me going as he always does. No matter how hungry or tired I am, I always find enough energy to run around the house with him. I chase him and he runs to hide, then I turn around and run to hide from him. And yes, I consider myself the mouse in this game (more…)

Taking Responsibility

CharisseWow! I first have to take full responsibility for not “encouraging” all of my fellow “work-out” buddies to keep it going and to keep a journal! I don’t know about you all, but I have totally trashed my workout and my diet! For some reason, as soon as the clock started to click on Workplace Solutions, I stopped working out and I’ve been eating “Chicago style” popcorn and fried chicken…or nothing at all!!! LOL!!! I am probably the worse leader for this program! Sorry you guys! :-)Charisse Browner
